Als pati\u00ebntenvereniging ondersteunen en informeren we rond deze twee ziektebeelden.\u201d De jongste tijd gaat de aandacht vooral naar het aspect voeding en vertering en de follow-up van de pati\u00ebnt na een preventieve chirurgische ingreep. Met een focus op interprofessionele (transmurale) samenwerking en ook casemanagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-negative-1-font-size   mhh-mcn-v1-paragraph mhh-mcn-v1-paragraph--f3ec7777f61ab74111de79dd5cf00716\"><strong>Dit is een mededeling van de laboratoria MSD. Dit nummer werd mogelijk gemaakt dankzij de steun van MSD.
